Listening Lounge (Rochdale)

A safe, non-clinical support space where everyone aged 18+ can get support for their mental health and wellbeing outside of normal working hours.

Both locations provide a free walk-in or referral service that is run by wellbeing workers and volunteers from Rochdale and District Mind, in partnership with local NHS services - available in our Rochdale Wellbeing Cafe and Middleton Wellbeing Cafe.
