NHS Bolton

We provide a range of health and wellbeing services to the people of Bolton, delivering care at Royal Bolton Hospital, in a range of community venues and in people’s own homes.

We are one of the North West’s busiest acute NHS foundation trusts, serving people across Bolton and other parts of Greater Manchester and the surrounding area.

Our organisation has a ‘Good’ overall rating from the CQC, and was last inspected in May 2023.

Royal Bolton Hospital is a major hub in Greater Manchester for women’s and children’s services and is the second busiest ambulance-receiving site in Greater Manchester.
