Phoenix Project (The)

To support any vulnerable women who have experienced Domestic Violence or are currently in a domestic abuse relationship.

The Phoenix group provides women a safe, friendly and non-judgemental environment to talk and be themselves. The programme focuses on enabling women to manage their mental wellbeing, general health, recognize signs of domestic violence/abuse and how to stay safe.

They focus on doing practical fun activities with the women, sessions include cooking, poetry writing, art, mental health, as well as providing tools for debt management, safety planning and recognising signs of domestic abuse. This allows women to build friendships, learn new skills and motivate them for the week ahead.
