Pathfinder

Pathfinder is a three-year homelessness prevention programme for young people across Greater Manchester. The programme has been designed to work with young people who are experiencing or are at risk of homelessness.

Pathfinder puts the young person at the centre : we don't just help with housing, we can help with many other areas of life to help young people reach stability and achieve their potential.
