Time4Me

Time4Me is a therapeutic service for children and young people who are affected by the harms of domestic violence and abuse, experienced in the family home. Delivered over 12 sessions children and young people will receive 1:1 support from either a Counsellor or Play Therapist, depending on their age and needs, to begin the process of recovery, develop coping skills and building resilience.

We provide a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space for young people to explore any presenting issues. Sessions can be held in one of RCT's counselling rooms or in school settings. Alongside the 1:1 sessions participants will have access to our after-school groups where they can access a range of fun, positive free time activities and develop peer relations in safe, supportive and friendly environment. Referrals must be sent through Victim Support Rochdale.
