Living With Pain

Persistent pain can be both physically debilitating and emotionally devastating.  This course examines how pain affects both the body and the mind.  It explores strategies which can enable you to better manage pain in order to continue you to live a fulfilling life.

The course is suitable for people who are experiencing pain, or care for someone who has pain.
