Activ8teme me is an exciting programme of sports actvities for adults - of all ages and abilities.  It offers a choice of 8 sports, 8 reasons to get active and 8 main centres to get active at.

Activ8teme offers easy to access sessions that are low cost and 'pay as you go' and each is led by qualifed and experienced instructors.  All equipment is provided and there's no need to find a partner - or team - just turn up and join in.  Most sessions do not require pre-booking.  Feeling good, increasing fitness and having fun are just some of the benefits of taking part.
