Rochdale New Pioneers Programme

The New Pioneers Programme is a groundbreaking partnership between RBH (Rochdale Boroughwide Housing) and Rochdale Council, helping local people in the Rochdale town centre are to develop new skills and improve their employment prospects.

The New Pioneers programme is for anyone over the age of 18 who is either out of work, or working part time living in College Bank or Lower Falinge (or has moved as part of the regeneration), and wants to improve their employment prospects, or gain new skills to enhance their career.
