Rochdale Personal Budgets

A personal budget is money that a person aged 18 or over may receive following an assessment from Rochdale Adult Care Service.

Following on from your assessment, which works out what care and support you need and how much it will cost.  At this stage you will be offered a financial assessment.

A personal budget is not a personal income, it is paid to meet your social care and support needs and it can only be spent on the support plan that has been agreed.  It will not affect any benefits you receive.
