Relaxation slows the body down and quietens the mind.
During the sessions, our facilitator will guide you through a range of relaxation techniques. These are helpful tools aiding in the coping of stress and anxiety, leading to the promotion of overall long-term health. You can choose to sit on a chair or lie on a mat (which are provided).
There are seperate groups for all who identify as female, as well as mixed groups.
