Rhythm Circle

Music can have such a positive effect on our mental wellbeing.  

In these sessions, the facilitator will play instrumental music and the group is invited to choose their own instrument and shake, bang or strum along.  

Participants can join in, in their own time, or choose to listen to the sounds being made by the group and relax.
