Learn To Ride

New to cycling or not ridden for many years?  Come along to this practical course which will give you the knowledge and skills required to ride a bike - learning things like how to prepare for your ride and how to ride safely, as well as learning the benefits of cycling for health.

The course is over six weeks, with two theoretical sessions and four practical sessions.  No bike needed - everything is provided.
