Anxiety and Depression Support Group

Supporting adults affected by depression, low mood, stress or anxiety. It offers the opportunity for confidential support, contact with others in a similar situation to explore positive ways of coping with anxiety and depression.

This is a 12 week support group, spread over weekly 2 hour sessions.
