Rochdale HomeChoice

Rochdale HomeChoice is the scheme by which social housing is allocated in Rochdale. It is operated by a partnership of RBH, Rochdale Borough Council, Great Places Housing Group, The Guinness Partnership, Regenda Group, Riverside, Riverside ECHG and Mosscare St Vincent’s Housing Group.

The scheme advertises social rented homes and aims to give more choice about where you live and when you move and many other housing options available to you. All applicants are assessed according to their housing need, given a priority band and advised what size of home you are eligible for.

Once you have received your assessment you can see which homes you are eligible to bid for. This can be done by logging in with the RBH HomeChoice number and date of birth. You decide which homes you would like to be considered for and place a bid on up to 3 available homes in each advertising cycle. The homes are then let to the person in the highest priority band.
