Anxiety Management Group

The course uses CBT based techniques to help you to understand how anxiety affects how you think, how you feel and subsequently what you do.

Giving you the tools to have an increased understanding of thoughts, emotions, feelings and behaviour, reduced levels of anxiety and stress and increased levels of wellbeing.

This is a 12 hour course, spread over 6 weekly 2 hour sessions.
