Mum & Me

The Mum & Me aims to helps families where domestic abuse has been a factor in their lives by helping mums and their children work on their bond in order to build strong relationships, learn about expressing their emotions and improve communication skills.

These sessions will primarily be focused on activities that everyone can do together. There will be a range of fun and educational sessions including watching films, learning mindfulness, discussing how to deal with and talk about emotions, understanding boundaries, problem solving skills, being body happy and day trips.
