Rochdale Community Mental Health Team

We offer mental health services to residents of Rochdale, whose mental health needs call for services under the Care Programme Approach (CPA).

You will be offered assessment, care planning, care and treatment, usually with a named care coordinator and consultant psychiatrist involved in your care.

Our team is made up of doctors, nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, support workers. We also have support from staff based in psychological services.
